Matthew Sulman is the firm's Principal and is a registered Australian & New Zealand Patent & Trade Marks Attorney and intellectual property lawyer. 

He deals with a wide range of intellectual property matters for clients including advising in respect of intellectual property protection strategies, drafting and prosecuting patent, design and trade mark applications in Australia and internationally, negotiating, drafting and enforcing licensing and royalty agreements, and conducts litigation when necessary to enforce and protect the rights of clients. 

Matthew holds under graduate qualifications in Arts and Law and Masters degrees in Science and Technology Commercialisation, Industrial Property Law and a post graduate diploma in Molecular Biology. 

He has drafted patents for clients in a range of technical fields including mining engineering, software, biological, mechanical and business methods.
