About Matthew Sulman
Matthew Sulman & Associates is a Brisbane-based intellectual property law firm that has been helping clients protect and commercialise their IP for over 24 years.
Matthew started his legal career as a judge’s associate and Tipstaff in the Industrial Court & Industrial Relations Commission of NSW. After three years of in-depth experience, he entered private practice, where he could put his knowledge and skills to use for clients.
Matthew Sulman was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1998 with the intention of providing high-quality, personalised intellectual property advice and legal services to clients in a range of industries. After undertaking further studies he was registered as a patent and trade mark attorney. The firm comprises a team of experienced lawyers who work together to assist clients to protect and commercialise their IP.
Matthew Sulman & Associates offers a comprehensive range of IP services, including advice on patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and plant breeder’s rights.
